Locally, Quota provides services in six areas: Amplification Systems, Community, Golden Age (Senior Citizens), Hearing & Speech, Scholarships, Youth and Quota Cares (a special hands-on project selected for the club to perform each March during Quota Cares Month).

In addition, the local club supports World Service by making a donation to one or more of the many Club-to-Club World Service Projects throughout the world.

Quota International of Massillon has purchased and installed over 250 sound amplification systems for elementary schools in Massillon and Westen Stark County. The systems enhance learning by creating an atmosphere in which the teacher can be heard clearly by all students in the classroom.

The club spends thousands of dollars annually purchasing hearing aids and other devices to assist people with hearing and communication problems.

Our "Sound Beginnings" program furnishes the first hearing aids for babies and children identified with hearing loss. Sound BeginingsApplication for Assistance

Scholarships are awarded to young people pursuing college degrees in the service fields, preferably in speech and/or hearing. Speech or hearing impaired students may apply for the scholorships in any field they choose.  Two $1,000.00 or more scholarships are available yearly.

Our work with Disadvantaged Women and Children include working with the The Salvation Army of Massillon and our Adopt-A-Family program.  Our members also raise funds to help with soup kitchens, day care center for special needs children, summer camp programs and so much more.

Each year we select a family in need and provide "Christmas" once a month. Groups of Quotarians select a month in which they will provide for the family based on the we receive on each family member.
