How do you qualify for this scholarship?

High School Senior who is deaf or hard of hearing and planning on attending college regardless of major field of study (upload of most recent audiogram required).

Current College Student who is deaf or hard of hearing regardless of major field of study (upload of most recent audiogram required).

College senior, graduate student or doctoral student pursuing a career in the field of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, Deaf Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Special Needs Education, Counseling or a related field.
